Karolina Wysocka (born 1975 in Slupsk, Poland) is a visual artist working in printmaking, ceramics, textiles, installation and photography. She explores issues related to gender, social norms, sexuality, criticism of patriarchy and capitalism, which she discusses through evocative abstract forms or references to the natural world, botany or the body. Her works often refer to contemporary literary works, poetry and philosophical essays.

She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague (Netherlands). She has taught painting and drawing at the University of Arts in Poznan and the Technical University of Koszalin. Her works have been shown in many solo and group exhibitions, including Pulchri Studio in The Hague (Netherlands), Sculpture Center in New York (USA), CCA Łaźnia in Gdansk (Poland), Arsenal Gallery and Stary Browar in Poznan (Poland), Cascada Art Space in Barcelona (Spain) and Studio Tsukimisou in Kyoto (Japan). She currently lives and works in Barcelona.
